How do I place an order? Once you submit a quote request your dedicated account manager will work with you to process your order. An order confirmation will then be emailed to you to confirm all order details are correct. Artwork will also be emailed for approval prior to full production. |

Is delivery inclusive? Delivery is included to one location as per the address provided on your quotation or your requested delivery location. Multiple location delivery is possible however additional freight charges will apply. |
What is the turnaround time for orders? Do you offer an express service? Lead times are dependent on the product, most locally sourced and produced products will take between 2 and 3 weeks. Some products can be produced in a shorter timeframe which may incur an express fee. Products produced offshore can take between 4 and 12 weeks. |

What printing methods do you use? We offer all printing and branding options on the market, including Screen Print, Pad Print, SupaColour, Digital Print, 2D and 3D Embroidery, Deboss, Foil Print, Badges and Laser Engraving. |
Can I customise my order? There is no limit to the scope of your promotional project. Are there minimum order quantities? Yes, however this quantity varies between products. Please keep in mind that minimum quantities are in place to allow us to provide you with economical pricing based on set up costs. |
What is the best way to submit my artwork? For fast and efficient drafting of artwork, we prefer files types in EPS Vector or hi-res PDF formats. |

Can I see what my order will look like prior to it being printed? You will be provided a digital proof for final approval on all orders prior to full production. |
